No pretrial confinement for South Korean's governor's son

A Republic of Korea Army court has denied prosecutors' application for an arrest warrant for the son of a provincial governor. The son is accused of hitting a subordinate in the stomach and face on seven occasions and of "sexually harassing another junior soldier, touching his genitals and rubbing his own genitals against the subordinate's hips, Army officials said."
