Mission creep again proposed for Pakistan's military courts (that was fast)

In the wake of a scandal involving child abuse allegations, there are calls today for prosecutions in Pakistan's just-upheld military courts (which were created to help suppress terrorism), according to this report:
The recent highlighting of the massive child abuse scandal in Kasur has prompted political leaders to break the silence as leaders belonging to PTI, Jamaat Islami and PPP, Sunday, condemned the heinous crime while calling for trial in military courts.
According to details, Jamaat Islami chief Sirajul Haq, Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Mehmoodur Rasheed and Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) Jehan Ara Wattoo visited the village where the incident took place and assured complete support to the survivors and their families.
Sirajul Haq called for suspects to be tried in the military court comparing the abuse with the acts of terrorism.
