The Armed Forces Tribunal has upheld an Indian Army enlisted man's conviction on charges of assaulting a colonel, according to this report. The jawan, a member of the Military Intelligence Corps, was convicted by a summary general court-martial in 2007. 2007? Ten years to complete review?
